A good manicure starts with the nail itself. Before any colour goes on, we shape your nails, take care of the cuticles and remove hangnails, so the result looks clean and stays that way. Every treatment ends with a relaxing hand cream massage.
Choose a European manicure if you like a gentle, natural result, or a hygienic manicure if you want the cuticles removed thoroughly and precisely. Then add classic nail polish, which you can change whenever you like, or gel polish for a glossy colour that lasts.
We work with professional, TPO-free products from trusted European brands, sterilise our tools professionally and use single-use materials for every client. The treatments are the same at both studios: by Molen De Adriaan in the city centre and in a former tulip bulb warehouse in the Koninginnebuurt.

We look at your nails and skin, talk about shape, length and colour, and check whether there is a coating to remove.
Your nails are shaped and filed, and the cuticles are pushed back or removed, depending on the manicure you chose. Hangnails are tidied away.

In a European manicure the cuticles are gently pushed back and only larger hangnails are removed: quick and gentle. In a hygienic manicure the cuticles are removed thoroughly and precisely, for a very neat result that stays tidy for longer.
Usually about two to three weeks, depending on how fast your nails grow and how much you use your hands. After that we remove it carefully and you can choose a new colour.
Not when it is applied and removed with care. Damage usually comes from peeling it off or removing it roughly. We remove gel polish gently and look after the natural nail underneath.
